Sometimes in this crazy land of Saskatchewan we are met with a few rainy days (ha. HA. ha.) This beautiful family and I rescheduled 5 different times before finally getting out there --- but the results were SO worth the wait - we got an evening in between rainy days that was calm, clear, wonderful sunset and no bugs!

I've gotten to photograph this family several times over the past years - watching their little girls grow has been so sweet. The littlest one has usually at one point during her sessions with me decided to cry - so I was THRILLED when she not only didn't cry.....but smiled non-stop AND wanted to keep looking at the camera.

Things just fell into place and I got to spend the evening with some wonderful people at a new location - it was beautiful - and they all testified the mosquitoes didn't bother them. ;)
