I have had the honour to be a part of some major life events for this family! Their wedding - first pregnancy- first baby - Christmas baby announcement - and now baby number 2! We were all shocked and thrilled when he came out with kissable, wonderful baby fat cheeks as his big brother has never been one to tip the scales ;) I could just pinch his cheeks all day!

And in between all the holiday maddness ----- a super teeny, wonderful baby girl! (whom we were predicting would be a boy!) It does not feel like that long ago I was taking big sister's newborn portraits! These are some seriously cute sisters! (little) big sister was a hoot and totally a toddler and little sister made it VERY clear from the beginning she knows what she likes and doesn't like --- she DOES NOT like hats (no matter how cute they are!) and certainly does like to be covered and snuggly! :)

It's always a bonus when we get sweet sleepy shots --- and peaceful awake shots! This sweet girl's mama came fully ready - armed with cute little headbands and a bowl from their world's travels -- the bowl almost appeared to be made JUST for her - she fit in it perfectly and was really quite comfy :)

This handsom little man's grandmother made him THE softest blanket - *I* was even ready to take a nap in it! It worked perfect for his session and he "slept like a baby" in it! (ok - truth be told he took a bit to settle in but when he did, we rocked it!)
