He's a bit bigger than last time........ and about to be a big brother! :) I've been itching to do an outdoor maternity session --- and just happened to come across a mother-to-be who was willing to go for it! The weather was amazing, she was glowing and looking spectacular (hard to believe she was 2 weeks away from having the baby!) --- love it all!

I've had the honour and privilege of photographing this family for awhile now - watching the girls grow has been awesome - I always look forward to seeing them! At Christmas they gave me the great news that baby number 3 would be joining them in the new year! :)
We had a maternity/family session just days before baby joined them - it was neat having one last session with just the 2 sisters -- though it's still hard to believe that the "baby" is now a big sister herself! :)

I'm always excited about new babies and baby bumps..... but I'm a bit (ok a LOT) more excited for this bump in particular ---- inside there is my new niece or nephew waiting to hatch!! These darling people have been beloved Auntie and Uncle to my children for 6 and a half years now - my children love them to death and I'm so happy to call them my sister and brother-in-law ---- and I am SO excited to spoil their baby as they have mine for the past few years ;) (oh yes - there will be plenty of toys....that require batteries...and no volume switch coming their way!!)

There is a baby boom in this city once again (seems to happen every time I"m pregnant!) - I was SO thrilled when this family contacted me about their newest addition - I had the honour and privilege of photographing their first child a year and a half ago and now I get to meet the newest little guy in their family on Friday! (I'm figuring that at 36 weeks pregnant it will give me enough positive baby vibes to get me through this heat!)
Thank you for coming in - I can not wait to snuggle the newest family member!!
