See Shel's Photography is very excited to present the limited edition Beach Babies mini-sessions!

This quick and fun session is geared for those cute little swimmers aged 6 months up to 3 years old!  What better way to capture this fun little moment in their lives, in a cute little swimsuit or sun outfit!

These sessions are 20 minutes in length, include 8-10 unique color photos in both high resolution files AND a 4x6 print of each, for only $100 +pst!

These sessions are being held on Sunday, May 29 and Saturday July 9 -- limited space is available!

This handsome young man is just a few days younger than my son - and the similarities in their behaviour was uncanny! (Though relieving to me that it's not just me who goes through this every day - whew!) He was a lot of fun, brought his special blanket with and everything. He even got to take my new skateboard for a spin! (photos will be added to the facebook page later tonight)

I've started to take bets on how many of my four sessions this week will be cancelled due to rain. ;) Tonight's was cancelled - but we were smart and had already picked a back-up date (the 5th back-up date actually - we should start playing the lottery together) - but the rest of the week is looking mighty stellar - I'm very excited, so many fun families coming up!

My darling little boy turns 3 in the next couple of weeks - between that and my daughter "graduating" pre-school I've been an emotional mommy wreck ;) This photo was from my son's 3 year photoshoot (hoping to do an outdoor session one day soon.) - he did not so bad considering his sister tried to be in every. single. photo and there was construction going on in the backyard (the sunroom is being built!! YAY!)

My children are close in age (18 months apart) - the past 3 years I have been in the middle of having "2 under 2" - which pretty much means living in a state of toddlerhood for 3 years straight. Whatever stage my daughter finally grew out of - he grew right into. The silver lining to all of that is I've become quite good at the whole toddler thing. ;)

But now they are 3 and 4. We no longer have a need for a diaper bag. (I actually have to use my own purse now!) - everyone sleeps through the night (yay!) and the kids go and play together, on their own for big chunks of time. It's like a whole new world! But so bittersweet - we'd gotten so good at being parents to 2 small children, there's a bit of a change to get used to here!

Today we venture off to watch Shrek 4 with the kids - in 3D. I'm betting the glasses don't stay on my son for more than 10% of the movie, but that's ok! It's our first trip to the "big" theatre downtown (the kids have only ever been to the Rainbow at this point) - they are so excited, and so are we. What better way to spend a cold, rainy day?
